For high-functioning women 30+ ready to build muscle, lose fat, and get fit AF.
The version of you that you keep putting off isn't waiting on luck, or time, or the "right moment" — she's waiting on a decision. Whatever story you've been telling yourself, about your metabolism, your willpower, your age, what your body can or can't do — that story was written by your past. It doesn't get to write your future unless you let it. This is personalised 1:1 coaching, for high-achieving women 30+ who are ready to stop negotiating with themselves and start becoming who they actually want to be — physically and mentally.
Lose body fat. Build real muscle. Tone up. Improve your health, energy and strength. My method is simple: we build the habits, the nutrition and the training so that staying in great shape stops being a fight and just becomes how you live.
After 55, there really are only two ages — the people who took care of themselves, and the people who didn't. I'll make sure you're in the first camp.
Put your excuses and your limiting beliefs to one side. Allow yourself this opportunity to see who you could be — 2 months from now, 6 months from now, 1 year from now, 3 years from now.
Not sure online coaching is right for you, or don’t feel you need that level of accountability? A Reset Call might be the better fit — one conversation where we get clear on what’s been holding you back, and exactly what to change in your training and nutrition to get real results. One 60-minute session, £100.
I only coach a limited number of women at any one time. My coaching is entirely one-to-one — never a group programme, never a template with your name on it. That's what lets me stay this close to your training, your nutrition and your progress, week after week. It's a quieter, more considered way to coach — and it's the only way I know how to do this properly.
There's no judgement here, ever. Tell me the moment something slips, and it stays between us — everything we discuss is completely confidential. Bring me your shame, your ego, your excuses. Show me your vulnerabilities, your hang-ups, your bad habits — that's exactly the material we work with to course-correct and move forward. It's a level of honesty and privacy you simply won't find from a gym PT shouting cues between three other clients, or a faceless group coaching app. With me, it's just us — and it stays that way.
This is for the high-achieving woman, 30+, who has built a successful career or business — the one everyone else looks to for the answers. You've made the money. Earned the title. Built the career, or the business, that has other people coming to you for the answers. And somehow, the one area still eluding you is the one you see every single day in the mirror.
The diets, the trainers, the programmes — and you still end up negotiating with yourself over food and exercise, most days.
Because that's what you do. You show up for everyone else, on schedule, every time — even when there's nothing left in the tank.
Wine and dinners are half the job — entertaining clients, building relationships — so food and alcohol are woven into your networking, whether you like it or not. It leaves you either restricting hard to compensate, or giving up on the whole idea entirely.
You have discipline in spades everywhere else in your life. This isn't about trying harder.
Because I only work with a small number of women at any one time, it's important to know it's the right fit for both of us. Book a free, no-obligation 20-minute discovery call to see if this is right for you.
Book a Free Online Coaching Discovery Call← FREE 20-MIN CALLI'm a Level 3 qualified personal trainer (Focus Awards, Ofqual-regulated, via Origym Centre of Excellence) running a strictly 1-2-1 online coaching business. I work with women, 30+, who want to lose body fat, gain muscle, tone up, improve their health and fitness, and become the best version of themselves.
I've been chasing what my body is capable of since I was a kid — county-level squash from age 11, obsessed with fitness ever since. That obsession carried me through a 25-year career in investment banking, across roles that ranged from investment dealer and performance analyst to institutional sales coordinator, right up to Chief of Staff at an investment consultancy. I ran my own beauty business on the side through my twenties too, alongside all of it.
Fitness was never a hobby that sat next to that career — it's what made it possible. It built me from the inside out: quiet confidence, the belief that I could do hard things, a genuine release from a high-pressure job, and a love of training that never once went away, not even through two children delivered by C-section and everything that came with it. I honestly don't think I'd have achieved anywhere near as much in my career, or in my life, without it.
Now I do what I actually love. I'm 46, mum of two, a published author of a children's motivational book, and I know exactly what it's like fitting real training around a demanding job and family life — because I've lived every version of it.
Here's the honest truth: I'm a self-confessed fitness geek, and I'm not remotely embarrassed about it. I live and breathe this stuff — I'm reading the research, testing things on myself, thinking about your programme between sessions, not just during them. When one of my clients hits a new PB, or tells me their jeans fit differently, or messages me buzzing after a session — that's the most exciting, rewarding part of what I do. I'm genuinely obsessed with getting results for the women I coach. It's not a job I clock out of — I build genuine connections with my clients, and it's a huge privilege to journey alongside them and hold them to the standard I know they're capable of.
As women, we've all spent our whole lives being told to take up less space — be smaller, be thinner, but somehow never "too thin," never too much. I'm done with that message, and I want you done with it too. What I actually want for you isn't a smaller you — it's food freedom, real strength, and a body that carries you through to old age looking and feeling good, still capable, still strong, still yours. That's the whole point.
To me, true feminism means women supporting women — cheering each other on, lifting each other up, and showing up for each other in the low moments too, not just the wins. I am, at my core, a supporter of women. That's exactly why this feels less like a job and more like a mission: getting you into the best shape of your life, and helping you become the strongest, most capable version of yourself.
We burned our bras. Now it's time to bin the scales. Real change starts with accepting the skin you're in today, while you build the strongest, fittest version of yourself for tomorrow — whatever shape or size that comes in. We are not all built the same, and we were never meant to be. So let's stop measuring ourselves against each other and start cheering each other on instead.
I can help you get the results you're not getting. I'll build your training and nutrition around your actual time, equipment and fitness level — using methods I've developed and tested myself, not a generic plan pulled off a shelf.
And if you also want to lose body fat, build muscle, tone up — and maybe even see a six-pack for the first time — book a free Online Coaching Discovery Call and let's talk.

My approach is intentional functional fitness — not exercise for the sake of it, but a deliberate mix of cardio and strength, built around what actually moves the needle for you.
Cardio? Yes — but trained with intent, not just "cardio." I coach five conditioning qualities, from Aerobic Base through Threshold, VO2 Max, Anaerobic Capacity and Lactic Power. If fat loss is your main goal, almost all of your cardio work lives in the first two — Aerobic Base and Threshold. That's the zone where your body is genuinely trained to use fat as fuel, and where you build a bigger engine without piling on fatigue that eats into your strength training. But real fitness and conditioning goes further than that, and even when fat loss is the priority, I train you towards that fuller level of fitness too — because a body that can also produce power and recover fast is simply a more capable one.
Each quality gets its own dedicated 4-week wave — three weeks building, one deload week to consolidate — before we rotate to the next. Over a year, that means every part of your engine gets built deliberately, not just the parts that show up on a scale:
Strength and resistance training is the priority — but never in isolation. Every programme also builds cardiovascular health, flexibility, mobility and core strength around it. Muscle isn't vanity — it's one of the strongest predictors of how well you age. Research consistently shows that even 30–60 minutes of resistance training a week is linked to a 10–20% lower risk of dying from any cause, and studies on older adults have found that muscle lost to ageing can be rebuilt through resistance training, even starting in your seventies. There's a metabolic case for it too: muscle is metabolically active tissue, burning noticeably more energy at rest than fat does, even when you're doing nothing at all. Build and hold onto more of it, and your body burns more calories around the clock — which works quietly in your favour and makes fat gain harder to creep back on. Muscle is the key to long-term health and longevity — the fact that it also happens to make you look good is a bonus, not the point.
I'll be straight with you: it's difficult. It's not supposed to be easy — if it was, you'd have done it already. Get ready to work hard. Head down, no shortcuts, one rep and one session at a time — that's how real transformations get built, not from a quick fix. But we start at the very beginning, and we gradually build and add from there. Week by week, we build stamina, mental strength, endurance, speed, strength, volume of work and recovery — every part of you, not just the parts that show in a mirror. Flexibility and mobility work is built into your weekly training too, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Exactly where you land on that mix depends on your goals, your time and where you are in your journey. I do all your programming and planning for you, progressed as you go — you're never left guessing what to do next.
Given the choice, I'll always steer you toward a gym — and it's not really about the equipment. It's about environment.
Habit research backs this up: behaviour repeated consistently in the same stable environment, cued by the same trigger — walking through the door, getting changed, stepping onto the gym floor — becomes automatic far faster than behaviour that has to compete for headspace with everything else around it. At home, your workout is up against the washing pile, your inbox, the kids. At a gym, the door itself is the cue. You compartmentalise. For that hour, you're not "mum" or "at work" or anyone else's — you're just there, absorbed in the session, nothing pulling at your attention.
Yes, it takes a bit longer once you factor in getting there and back. That's not a downside — that's the point. It's protected time, and it stays protected precisely because it's separate from your normal environment.
If you've got young kids, look for a gym with a creche. When mine were little, that one hour to myself — just my thoughts and my body, nothing else asking anything of me — was a genuine lifesaver. Time to train isn't a luxury you wait to be handed. It's something you build in.
That said — if a gym genuinely isn't your best option right now, whether that's no creche nearby, a job that has you travelling, or you're simply more comfortable starting at home, that won't hold your results back. I build your programme around exactly what you've got — dumbbells, resistance bands, your own bodyweight, the stairs, a bench in the park. The principles don't change, only the tools do, and plenty of my clients get outstanding results training entirely from home. The gym recommendation above is what I'd choose given a completely free choice, not a requirement to get results with me.
I'm a big believer in consistency over intensity. Showing up regularly, week after week, beats one heroic session followed by two weeks of nothing — every single time. But consistency on its own won't get you results if every session stays comfortable. To actually change, you have to be willing to push past where it's easy. I'll never ask you to do something reckless, but I will ask you to be uncomfortable — that's where the results live, and that's what you're paying a coach to hold you to.
Not everyone wants to count calories, and not everyone wants to guess — and not everyone's ready for the same approach at the same time. You get whichever one actually fits how you live and where you are.
For clients who don't want to weigh, log or count anything. Protein, carbs and fats are measured against your own hand — no app, no scales, no guesswork. It moves through three phases as you progress:
Clean, structured and results-focused. Protein at every meal, 3 litres of water a day, and a tight, no-guesswork food list.
This phase is exactly what it says — build. More fuel, bigger portions, and a small deliberate surplus, aimed squarely at building visible, lasting muscle. It's recommended for clients who don't have much body fat left to lose and specifically want to add muscle — and it's a harder training schedule, only suited to experienced, conditioned clients who are ready to give it what it takes. Building muscle isn't accidental. It's intentional, and it demands maximum effort.
The same method, loosened just enough to live in permanently. This is where most clients land for good.
For clients who prefer numbers, without needing to be perfect. I set you a target calorie range and a macro target range — not one fixed figure — so there's always a bit of wriggle room, and one messy meal or an off day doesn't undo anything. We track and review against weekly targets, not daily ones, because a week is where the real pattern actually shows up. Logged through MyFitnessPal, built around your goals, adjusted as you progress. Part of my job is taking the overwhelm out of what to eat, when, and which diet is supposedly "right" — you get one clear system, not fifty conflicting rules.
Five days on your plan, two days properly off it — no tracking, no guilt. This one is earnt, not chosen on day one. It's for clients who've already built years of good nutrition and habits, whose bodies and routines can absorb two flexible days without the rest unravelling. If you're not there yet, that's completely normal — the Palm Portion Method or Precision Macro Tracking will get you there first. The 5:2 is where some clients eventually land, not where anyone starts.
We agree which one suits you in your first session — and if it's not working, we switch. The method serves you, not the other way round.
Those two things aren't in conflict — together, they're the whole approach. I expect you to be personally accountable: to show up, to be honest with me, to do the work. But I don't expect you to be perfect, and I will never make you feel like a failure for being human. Progress isn't a straight line, and self-compassion isn't the opposite of discipline — it's what makes discipline sustainable instead of something you eventually rebel against.
This isn't a control-and-restriction game, either. Control is usually what's exhausted you in the first place — self-respect is what actually holds. Your body isn't broken; it's a fair reflection of the habits and beliefs currently running underneath it. Change those, and your body doesn't need to be forced into anything. It follows.
"My metabolism's broken." "I can't eat like normal people and stay slim." "I have to starve myself to see anything." "My body just doesn't respond to exercise." "I'm big boned." "I've got no willpower." "I'm just not a fit person."
I've heard every one of these — and I've believed some of them myself. They're not facts. They're stories, often built years ago, that we've quietly gone on repeating to ourselves until they started to feel true — and without noticing, we let them decide what we think is actually possible for us. Together, we name the story, then build a new one. Work on the mindset, and the body follows — it very rarely works the other way round.
The minimum commitment to work with me as a coach is 2 months. But real, lasting change takes longer than that — this is a long-term investment, and for maximum gains I'd recommend a minimum of consistent effort over a year. That's not a discouraging number, it's the honest one. The moment you accept there isn't a deadline to "get fit," that this is a lifestyle and not a project with an end date, everything gets easier — and once your habits become automatic, staying fit and in great shape stops being hard work and just becomes who you are. The single biggest reason people don't get results isn't the plan, the diet, or the workout. It's that they don't stick at anything long enough to actually let it work. Consistency beats a deadline, every time.
This isn't a PDF and a "good luck." Here's what you actually get, every single week:
Tailored to your fitness level, your goals, your equipment and the time you've got — but also how you're actually feeling that week, where your energy and recovery are at, and what your body needs right now. Never a template.
Not just what you eat to change how you look — what fuels how you perform, recover, feel energised, and stay genuinely healthy.
Together we work on your identity, your story, your limiting beliefs, your motivation. I want to build you to be unf*ckwithable.
Check in with me daily, weekly, or whenever you need to — I keep you on track, especially on the days you don't want to be.
Every single week, without fail — how training went, how nutrition's going, energy, sleep, life. This is separate from your 8-week review: it's the regular, ongoing conversation that keeps your programme responsive and keeps you accountable in real time, not just once every couple of months.
On top of your weekly check-ins, we do a deeper review every 8 weeks. Never just a number on the scale. We look at your progress photos, your stamina, your strength, your health, your energy — the whole picture of what's actually changed.
I'll always aim to answer your WhatsApp messages within 24 hours. You're never left wondering.
Struggling with an exercise, want your form checked, or something just doesn't feel right? We work on it together, and swap exercises if we need to.
Not just the physical programme — the way you think and feel about all three, so the change actually lasts.
Sleep, rest, and planned deload weeks are part of the programme, not something you feel guilty for needing.
I live and breathe this. I'm constantly learning, testing and sharpening my craft — reading the research, trying things on myself first, always chasing what actually works. The gym made me, and it's saved me, several times over. It's just who I am, and that obsession is exactly why I get results for the women I coach.
Full-body strength training, the right cardio mix, and nutrition that fits how you actually want to eat.
Most people overload themselves and burn out. I help you build the small practices that actually last.
This isn't theory. I've trained and eaten this way myself for over 15 years — it's what actually built the results I now coach you toward.
Weekly check-ins aren't optional extras — you report to me, and I hold you to what we agreed. That's what keeps you moving when motivation dips (because it will).
You bring the effort. I'll build the plan, track the progress, and tell you exactly what to do next.
Every plan is built around your actual life — your time, your equipment, your fitness level.
No conflicting advice, no five diets fighting for your attention. One clear plan, one clear way of eating — I take the overwhelm off your plate so you just have to follow it.
"Broken metabolism," "no willpower," "not a gym person" — if you're carrying a story like that, we change it together. Mindset work is as much a part of this as the training plan.

I wrote it as a children's motivational book, but the message isn't really just for kids — it's a summary of what I believe, and what I coach by every day: that grit, self-belief and showing up for yourself are what actually shape a life. Read by an 8-year-old or an exhausted 40-year-old, it lands the same.
View on AmazonI'll build the plan, do the thinking, and hold you accountable every week — but this is a partnership, not a service you sit back and receive. High standards work both ways. To get the results, I need you to:
We'll tailor them to suit you — if you're short on time, we'll make them quick. But you show up, every week, no exceptions. That's how we catch problems early instead of three weeks late.
If you've missed sessions, gone off plan, or you're struggling, I need to know. I can't fix what I don't know about.
If you said you were going to do it, do it. I'll never ask more of you than I ask of myself — but I will hold you to your word.
Motivation runs out. Discipline doesn't. The clients who get real results are the ones who train on the days they don't want to — that's what we're building together.
