Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 August 2026

This has not been reviewed by a solicitor. It's written to be genuinely clear about how working together works — if anything here needs clarifying, just ask before you book.

These terms apply to all services booked through jenbrockwell.com, provided by Jen Brockwell Ltd ("I", "me", "my"). By booking a call or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services Offered

Payment

Payment for the Reset Call and Start Package is taken upfront, before booking, via Stripe. Ongoing monthly coaching is billed separately once agreed with you directly. All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

Minimum Commitment

Online Coaching has a minimum commitment of 2 months (8 weeks) from your first deep-dive session, covered by the Start Package. This minimum exists because meaningful results take longer than a few sessions to show — it protects both your investment and the coaching relationship. After the minimum period, coaching continues monthly and either party may end the arrangement with reasonable notice.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer buying a service online, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, and receive a full refund. Because coaching calls are often booked to happen sooner than that, by booking a session or a deep-dive within the 14-day period you expressly request that the service begins before the cooling-off period ends, and you acknowledge that once a session has taken place, you lose the right to a refund for that session, in line with the terms below. This does not affect any other rights you have in law.

Cancellations and Refunds

Health and Safety

By booking any coaching service, you confirm that you are medically fit to undertake a new exercise and nutrition programme, and that you will inform me of any injury, medical condition, or health concern that may affect your training. If you have any pre-existing medical condition, please consult your GP before starting a new fitness programme. I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer (Focus Awards, Ofqual-regulated), but I am not a medical professional, and nothing I provide constitutes medical advice. New clients are required to complete a signed Client Intake & Health Screen (PAR-Q) before their first session.

Remote Session Safety

These apply to every live remote coaching session:

Liability

Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. I will always design your programme around your stated fitness level, equipment, and any health information you share with me — but you participate in all training at your own risk. I hold professional Personal Trainer liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with me during coaching — including on calls, in check-ins, and in any recordings or transcripts — is kept confidential and used only to support your coaching. See the Privacy Policy for full detail on how your data is handled.

Intellectual Property

Training programmes, nutrition guidance, and any materials I provide are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced without my permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
